Asha Sims has over 25 years in the mental heath and wellness field, with 15 years of business entrepreneurship. Her previous business experience includes owning mental health residential facilities for youth for 7 years, as well as a community based service agency.  Asha currently is the owner of Ashakti Wellness & Yoga PLLC,  a  health and wellness agency that provides holistic counseling and integrative wellness services. since 2017 Asha also has a 501 c3 non-profit organization called Place of Love and Light that provides community wellness services to underserved populations.
